Casa El Cortado

The house has an area of ​​ common spaces:
The rest area, the kitchen and the dining room are combined. This space, has been created as an open space, and with many windows to enjoy the views.

• The living room of the house has several sofas oriented to the area where both the television and a stone fireplace work are located. One of the sofas is sofa-bed, so that the capacity of the house is extended. Right next to this space, there is the dining area, with wooden table and chairs.

• The kitchen is located at the bottom of this common area. It is fully equipped, and structured collection, to enjoy more space in the room. It is arranged in a U-shape and open towards the dining table. It has appliances as gas cooker, washing machine, coffee maker or refrigerator.

The house is organized in 3 bedrooms, of which one is has an exit door to the outside area. The other 2 rooms have 2 single beds, each one. All of them are fully furnished with bedside tables, headboards and cabinets, giving priority to the wood.

The bedrooms share the 2 bathrooms that exist in the house. One of them has a shower tray and screen.

The house shares the outdoor area with other houses in the complex, and also has a barbecue to enjoy the landscape with outdoor meals. The icing on the complex is the jacuzzi, which looks like a pool but has jets and bubbles.

This house is acclimated by means of air conditioning and central heating.

Our rural house is located next to the Albacete town of Yeste, very south of the province. Within the area of ​​ Sierra del Segura, the situation of our house allows to know both the natural and cultural heritage of the area.
