Casa del Abuelo Amancio

We have at your disposal a rural house that is located in the small town of Rubielos Bajos, in the province of Cuenca.

It is a large traditional La Mancha house, 2 floors and built more than 150 years ago, with a very peculiar feature: a cave dug to more than 10 m deep under it and that You can visit it by going down the stairs that we built during the renovation.

There is capacity for a total stay 12 people, which can be distributed in our 6 bedrooms (two of them have two single beds and the other four with double beds). As for the bathrooms, the house has two. We will also be happy to provide you with all the necessary complements for your stay with babies (high chair, small bath and cot) .

Other rooms of the rural accommodation correspond to a living-dining room in the ground floor which can also be used as meeting room (equipped with fireplace of firewood and television with DVD ), which has also united a kitchen American (which has everything you need for your stay) .

In the attic there is a living room with fireplace, television and a library with maps and guides of the surroundings so that you can organize some excursion. It is worth mentioning that all rooms have central heating.

We have a garage enabled to park the vehicle and with bicycles available to our guests.

Upon request, commented tours can be made through the area as well as purchase local gastronomic products.

The small town of Rubielos Bajos is located in the region of Manchuela conquense ; a landscape bathed by the river Júcar, which allows the proliferation of vineyards and the production of wines with denomination of origin.
