Decorated in a modern and minimalist way, this rural house can accommodate up to 9 people distributed in 3 bedrooms, a sofa bed and an extra bed. One of these bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has a window that overlooks the entrance. It is furnished with 2 beds and its furniture is made of white wood. On the first floor there are 2 other bedrooms, both double. One of these has a small terrace from which you can see excellent views and the other has a loft where you can place an extra bed.

The 2 bedrooms on the upper floor include a bathroom. One of them has a whirlpool bathtub and the other has a shower tray. On the ground floor there is another bathroom with shower that is not integrated into the bedroom.

The ground floor also consists of a large room where the kitchen, dining room and living room are located. The kitchen is decorated in gray and has all the necessary appliances to cook easily and quickly. The living room is the perfect place to relax, as it has 2 soft sofas from which you can watch a movie on the flat screen television in the shelter of the pellet fireplace. The dining table, with capacity for 9 people, connects the 2 rooms.

From the living room you have access to a large rear garden where you can sunbathe in summer. The garden has a fully furnished covered terrace where guests can relax and have a coffee while watching the sunset. A covered garage completes the house.

Gavín is a small town of 93 inhabitants located in the north of the province of Huesca. Although the town was practically destroyed during the Spanish Civil War, places such as the Monastery of San Pelay, from the 11th century and Romanesque style, or the Hermitage of San Bartolomé, a construction from the 10th century that follows the Mozarabic style, are still preserved.

Very close to this town is Biescas, a town that is an example of traditional Pyrenean architecture as it is made up of stone houses with protruding balconies and truncated conical chimneys that have a witch scarecrow on top, an element that protects from popular mythology. On the other side of the river you can also see the Fort of Saint Helena, built in the time of Philip II to defend the border against the French Huguenots.

Nearby you can see the Posets Maladeta Natural Park, which covers 2 of the highest massifs in the Pyrenees. In this park there are peaks such as Aneto, which at 3,404 meters of altitude is the highest in the Pyrenees. Having originally been occupied by a glacier, this natural park is full of morreras and lakes, in addition to the fauna and flora typical of the high mountains.
