Our rural house is located within the municipality of Nerpio, belonging to the province of Albacete.
Its stone walls enclose areas inside that allow it to have a maximum capacity of 9 people, the latter 3 sleeping in additional beds.
All rooms are perfectly equipped and designed for the rest of our guests, being able to enjoy both the spacious interior and theoutdoor areas which have complete facilities.
Inside, the house has:
Outside, our home has a private area that consists of a porch, where you can settle in and enjoy the good weather and the views of the common areas of our complex, which are made up of a large pool which is accompanied by umbrellas and sun loungers, to enjoy the sun in the area and, on the other hand, a barbecue.

- A living room equipped with a set of sofas preceded by the side table and from which it is possible to watch the plasma television, hanging on the wall, over the wood-burning fireplace, which is perfect for cold times. In addition, being in an open space, it communicates with another of the essential common areas: the kitchen.
- An American kitchen in which its space is occupied by elements such as appliances, small and large, that will help you when cooking. To eat, a complete set of dishes will do the job perfectly.
- A complete bathroom for which there are towel sets at your disposal. In addition, it is completed with a sink cabinet and a mirror on top. We highlight the presence of a hair dryer.
