Our 3-storey rural house is located in Burgohondo, in the province of Ávila.
This entire home is perfect for large groups as a single building has been divided into 2 apartments, one on the first floor and one on the second floor and the attic. In total, up to can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests (the minimum reservation would be 16 people) who will enjoy fully equipped rooms.

This entire home is perfect for large groups as a single building has been divided into 2 apartments, one on the first floor and one on the second floor and the attic. In total, up to can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests (the minimum reservation would be 16 people) who will enjoy fully equipped rooms.
The inside of the house includes:
- 7 bedrooms, 5 of them are doubles with double beds and 2 of them are doubles with single beds. For groups of 23 people you can request an extra bed and there are 5 sofa beds in the house. The decoration mixes a rustic and modern style since most of the furniture is made of wood but there are touches of color in the cushions, walls and bedspreads. The bedding is included for you to use during your stay. If one of the guests is a baby, it is possible to request a crib.
- The 2 lounges with several comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can relax and watch television. One of the rooms is decorated with walls and sofas in different shades of yellow. In this room you can light the fireplace on the coldest days. The other room has stone walls with some very striking paintings and sofas in different shades of brown. Both rooms take full advantage of their space including a dining table so there is enough space for guests to eat together.
- 2 kitchens with basic appliances such as a dishwasher, a fridge and a washing machine. In one of the kitchens, the blue tiles and its bar with stools stand out. The cupboards in the other kitchen are white with wooden countertops reflecting the rustic touch of the house.
- 5 modern style bathrooms. Some of these contain a shower except one of them that includes a whirlpool bathtub for you to relax like in a spa. The tiles in the bathtub bathroom are in shades of blue and yellow and in the other bathrooms they are white.
- A penthouse where there is enough space for extra beds and several comfortable sofas. Its roof stands out as it is supported by wooden panels and its walls are yellow. In the attic there are also comfortable gray sofas where you can sit and play the games from the i collection included in the apartment.
- A large garden with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven so you can cook delicious dishes outdoors. It also includes a pool to take a dip on the hottest days.
- A covered terrace in the garden with a sofa, a table and chairs so you can eat out any day of the year.
- A large balcony on the second floor with a table and chairs for you to sit and admire the beautiful views of the countryside.
- A parking area where you can leave your vehicle during your vacation.
