The house is located in San Vicente de Arévalo, in the province of Ávila, where you can enjoy a very complete experience during your vacations.
Our house, in a rustic but modern style, can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests who will enjoy fully equipped rooms. In winter the house has heating.

The interior of the house, which has an extension of more than 430 square meters, is distributed as follows:
- 7 double bedrooms that are distributed so that there are 4 with double beds and 3 with a pair of single beds. One of the bedrooms is a adapted for people with reduced mobility. For groups of 20 people, 6 extra beds can be requested.The bedrooms are decorated with white walls and sheets with touches of color for their cushions and furniture.
- 5 bathrooms with shower in which you can use the sets of towels and toilet paper included in our accommodation. 3 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and the other 2 bathrooms are shared.
- The kitchen is very modern and American in style. The cabinets stand out for their white countertops and the wood of their doors. In the kitchen you will find various household appliances necessary in your day-to-day life, such as a dishwasher, an oven and a refrigerator. The kitchen also has a bar with some stools that reflect the modern decoration of the house.
- The dining room of the house is large enough for all the guests. In it there is a table with chairs and wooden benches with space for guests to eat together. The dining space has been fully exploited by including a living room with a green velvet sofa so you can sit in front of the fireplace on cold days.
- On the upper floor, the entertainment room is decorated with white walls and wooden beams on the ceiling, highlighting the rustic style of the house. It also contains a comfortable sofa where you can all lie down to watch a movie with the projector. In the living room, the children will be able to play in the tipi so that they feel as if they were camping in the middle of the field. It also includes a ping pong table and a foosball table where you can have fun games. If you prefer a vacation with a calm atmosphere, the room can be converted into a yoga room.

- The porch, which has a covered area converted into a terrace, which includes sofas and armchairs for you to sit down and breathe in the fresh air. If you feel like cooking outdoors you can also use the barbecue.

Our accommodation is located in a rural area of San Vicente de Arévalo, in the province of Ávila.
In the town you can take a walk to visit two very beautiful buildings such as the hermitage of Cristo de los Pinares and the church in honor of Our Lady of the Assumption.
On February 2, one of the most important festivals of the town is celebrated: the pilgrimage to the hermitage of Cristo de los Pinares. In this festivity you will be able to see a procession, buy products from the area in the market and the children will be able to carry out activities organized especially for them.
If you prefer to do a day trip, the city of Ávila is located 36 minutes by car from our house. There are well-known tourist attractions such as the Cathedral of Ávila, the Basilica of San Vicente or the Wall of Ávila.
Around the house there are beautiful green spaces where you can do various outdoor sports such as hiking routes, mountain biking or horseback riding. You can also play tennis on courts near the accommodation.
