This beautiful rural estate is located in the Mallorcan countryside, on the outskirts of Felanitx, a municipality in the southeast of the island of Mallorca. 

For those of you coming from abroad or from the Peninsula, Mallorca's airport is located just over half an hour away. From there, you can order a taxi or rent a car.

Surrounded byvine fields, it is a newly built home that preserves all the charm of the traditional architecture of the area. 

Its interior is divided into 2 floors, where up to 8 guests can be comfortably accommodated. Let's start by getting to know the ground floor:

• Hallway. As soon as you enter the house you will find an imposing space featuring a beautiful white arch that gives access to the stairs, in a classic style.

• Master bedroom. From the hall you will access the bedroom on the ground floor, which is divided into 2 spaces separated by beautiful orange curtains: the bedroom area itself, with 2 single beds behind which there is a peculiar painting that fills the room with color; and an area where the dressers and closets are. It also has its own bathroom and access to the terrace. In addition, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility. 

• 2 living rooms. Covered by wooden ceilings and with some walls that reveal the stone of the walls, in these spaces you will find leather sofas, television with DVD, and side tables in wood colors. There is no lack of decorative details in any of them, such as fruit paintings or vases with flowers. 

• Dining room. Under a beautiful lamp that hangs from the wooden beams, we find a dining table that matches the chairs, covered by white cushions. 

• Kitchen. The kitchen continues the decorative style of the rest of the rooms, with furniture in dark wood colors that create a warm and homely atmosphere. In it, there are basic appliances and cupboards with large capacity.

• Toilet. Where you will find a W.C and a sink with a mirror. There is no shortage of toiletries or towels. 

Going up to the first floor, we find:

• 3 double bedrooms. The bedrooms have 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom, and television. Thanks to the large windows inside, they are rooms full of light. 

• Terrace with solarium. An outdoor terrace completes the interior of the house where you will enjoy beautiful views of the vineyards. 

If the interiors of the house are simply impressive, the exteriors are even more so. They differentiate 2 areas:

• A semi-covered terrace where there is barbecue and garden tables and chairs.

• A large pool, with sun loungers to read a book or take a nap.

If you are looking for an accommodation where you can wake up to the sweet singing of the birds and the whisper of the wind, this is your ideal destination, as you will be surrounded only by nature.

However, in a few minutes you will reach the center of the town. In Felanich, we recommend going up to the Sanctuary of San Salvador, located on the mountain of the same name. 

Also located in a high area is the Santueri Castle, a building built on arable remains from the 14th century. From its more than 400 meters of altitude, you will enjoy an incredible panoramic view. 

If you want to enjoy daytime and nighttime leisure, you will find the Port of Portocolom a few minutes away. In it, you can taste the most characteristic gastronomy of the island. 

To go to the beach, among the closest ones is the El Arenal beach, bathed by crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean.
