This rustic house, in ancient and traditional style, is located in the small town of the Vall, belonging to the municipality of Capmany (1km distance), in Girona.

With capacity for 14 people, the accommodation has 7 bedrooms, with 9 beds in total and 3 bathrooms complete with bathtub.
Its interior is distributed in different plants and we find the following rooms:

• living room in the old winery, spacious with armchairs and a table to rest
• great living room with furniture and chimney
• cooking ancient equipped
• 7 bedrooms broad and luminous: marriage and double rooms, with closet and night tables

One of the rooms has chimney inside. The majority of unbeatable views to forests and fields.

These views can also be contemplated from the spacious terraces, with seats to rest and sunbathe.
The house also has a garden garage, with furniture and barbecue.

It is a lovely accommodation with stone walls, cozy and comfortable, perfect for families and where to find a tranquility and absolute calm.

In its surroundings we find the public pool a few 5 minutes walk.

This rustic house is found in the Vall 1 km from Capmany (Girona). In its surroundings we find vineyards and olive trees. Therefore, it is possible to visit some wineries with the category of Empordà Denomination of Origin.

Capmany is characterized by its megalithic monuments, among which the stone of the sacrifices, a variety of dolmens, right stones and menhires and right stones stand out:

• Dolmen de Mirgoler
• Comanera right stone
• Oscillating stone

The municipality has the parish church of Santa Ágata, whose interior is being restored, and the chapel of San Sebastián.
In addition, it has two museums: the Museum of the Bodegas Santamaria and the Museum of Taps of the Oliveda House.

It is known for its large amount of sources, mainly for those existing in the twentieth century in the spa of the Baños de la Merced. It also distinguishes that of San Rafael, of saline and sulphurous water, among many others.

Near the area, 13 kilometers is the swamp of Darnius Boadella, and at 15km the natural place of the albera is found. Some excursions in this place are the calls: megalithic monuments, Sant Quirze de Colra and Requesens. In this space with great natural interest they inhabit species such as Mediterranean turtle.
