Our home is locatedwithin the province of Barcelona, where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility of theSant Marti Sarroca area.
It is a very pleasant space, within a farm where we find privacy which is a plus point on vacation.
Its extension outside is a space that provides leisure and tranquility; while the interior offers you all the comforts you need to have a vacation of ten.
Inside the house, we have 2 floors containing the perfect rooms for a maximum of 10 people, allowing you to enjoy as a group.
It consists of the following rooms:
- 5 double bedrooms, all of them equipped with a double bed and single beds that are dressed with nice bedding, and are completed with furniture in which you can store your personal belongings.
- In addition, there is a complete bathroom, and a functional toilet in which we have all the necessary toilets; plus several towel sets.
- A living room that has armchairs, and all of them look towards the area where we have the television. Next to it, a shelf full of books will form the ideal reading space.
- A fairly spacious kitchen-dining room, in which we find several appliances that will help you enjoy the recipes you make in total comfort, like at home. Next, a dining table with table and chairs.
Already in the exterior, we have:
- A fairly large garden area, where you can run and walk, enjoying the landscape and good views.
- A room with the barbecue, closed and with all the necessary utensils.

Although the maximum capacity is 10 adults, our recommendation is eight adults.
An ideal house to enjoy tranquility. There are no luxuries, it is an austere, rustic, sober, typical farmhouse in the area. With very good situation, with excellent highway connections.
