It is a Catalan farmhouse recently restored. It is very close to the Costa Brava.

In the outdoor area full of details for your enjoyment you will find a covered porch and barbecue area.

The rural accommodation also has a garden and a large pool with sun beds and umbrellas. The perimeter of the pool is fenced. Swings and a football field completan the leisure area.

Outside we can also find a small forest to be able to take walks privately.

To close this very complete outdoor area we have a parking and a corral with different animals, in addition to a small pond with turtles.

The interior of the accommodation has central heating and is divided into two floors.

The house has several rooms: a hall, the kitchen, the dining room, a games room, the washing room and a complete bathroom.

On the second floor there are the rooms: 2 double rooms (with private bathrooms) and 2 triple rooms (also with private bathroom) .

Our house is adapted for people with reduced mobility .

Our recommendation: it is a large house, ideal for large groups, family reunions, business or just to spend a few days with friends.

In addition to being able to visit the magnificent waters of the Costa Brava, we can take a walk through our small private forest.

• Castillo de Farners, built in the XI century and cataloged as a good of cultural interest.
• Hermitage d'Argimon, previously was castle of the viscounts of Cabrera. The cosntrucción dates like the Farners castle from the X.

In these two places we can see incredible panoramic views from Barcelona to Girona

• The city of Figueres where we can see painting by Dalí
• L'Estany de Sils a protected natural paradise. It is a natural space included in the Plan of Spaces of Natural Interest.
