Description of Can Llamas

This rural house awaits you at Pollença, on the paradisiacal island of Mallorca.

With capacity for 6 people, this rural accommodation is surrounded by pines and oaks, thus approaching the nature in your days of break. And also, next to a great coastline of beaches. The villa, built on a plot of 15,000 m2, has all the luxury of details, both interior and exterior.

The house, with exterior facade in salmon color, is divided into 2 floors. We will know more in detail the stays in each one of them.

Ground floor:

  • Room: without a doubt, the biggest place in the house. Several cream armchairs and stools unfold on the tile. In front of them, wood stove, neighbor of the plasma television with DVD, so you can watch your favorite movies.
  • Kitchen: elongated, all its elements are deployed from a huge granite countertop. It has extractor hood of the latest design, in steel.
  • Toilet: fully equipped. With shower.
First floor:

  • 3 bedrooms: all are double. 2 of them have 2 single beds, the other, with double bed. Of enormous dimensions, with furniture in wood. Cot available and large terrace in 2 of them. They have own and individual bathroom.
But not everything ends in the interior of the house, because its exterior also gives comfort and tranquility, much fun:

  • Pool: large, surrounded by sun loungers.
  • Barbecue: so you can prepare your best roasts in the open air.
