Can Barceló

This rural house is an old farmhouse totally rehabilitated, dating from the s. XIV, located outside the urban center of Vilobí d'Onyar. This is a construction of 2 floors, with large spaces and decorated in a classic way, and with the capacity to host maximum a 16 people.

It is divided into the following stays:

As soon as you cross our gate you will arrive at a large hall furnished with tables and chairs and a sturdy cupboard. One of the tables is smaller, being surrounded by wicker chairs; while the other one is a dining room type. From here, the stairs al floor above.

A dining area equipped with television and fireplace . On the table you can sit 12 people at the same time, and at the bottom is where the television and 2 wicker seats are located in front of the stove.

To sleep there is 5 rooms:

• Yellow bedroom. Cuenta with a double bed custiodada by a wooden headboard in the form of a crown. In the same room there is another c ama located in a loft.

• Blue bedroom. With a double bed, with headboard and wooden foot, and with a table with chairs at the back of the room.

• Green bedroom. On the sides of the double bed there is a bedside table with bedside lamp, which combines with the wood of the headboard. A wardrobe and a stretcher table complete the stay.

• Red bedroom. The head and foot is constructed with wooden bars, an element that predominates in the room. The bed is for marriage.

• White bedroom. It is the only double with 2 separate single beds. In his head there are several shelves full of books.

In the house there are a total of 3 bathrooms. All of them have bathtub and the essential bathroom linen.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances and utensils. It has the shape of a cave and stone walls. On the wooden shelves you will find the coffee maker and the kitchenware; and under the countertop you will see that we have a washing machine, dishwasher or microwave, among others.

On the upper floor there is a lounge with many seats. On the one hand there are 4 individual seats around a coffee table, and on the other a sofa with 2 rocking chairs along with a coffee table.

The house has central heating so it is fully prepared for the winter and during the hot months, you can enjoy the outdoors of its large garden area, with numerous trees and plants, from the patio, where there is a portable barbecue and, above all, of the pool, ideal for summer in the company of family or friends.

Viloví d'Onya r is a municipality that belongs to the region of La Selva and it is here where the River Onyar is born.

The inhabitants of this area - volcano de la Crosa - are mainly dedicated to agricultural activities and it is worth visiting their many churches, mainly the VI s. XIII.

In the vicinity of the rural house is Santa Coloma de Farners, known both for its historical monuments and for its spa.

And, of course, it is worth visiting Girona capital, just 20 minutes by car, with many tourist attractions such as the wall and the rambla of freedom.
