Cal Pedrals I

The accommodation is located in the town of urús, Girona, and consists of 2 independent houses of 2 plants and with a facade and walls built with stone blocks. It is of a typical style of Catalan House.

Each is equal to the other, they have a maximum capacity of 6 people distributed in 3 double bedrooms. The rooms are a marriage suite and 2 doubles with 2 individual beds each.

• the marriage room is located on the first floor of the house and comes with your bed dressed and equipped in full. The furniture contains night tables, a spacious wooden closet and a pair of chairs also wood. It has 2 windows with wood frame and views of gardens exterior; So it is a very bright room and where the air circulates easily. In addition the roof is made of wood.

• the double rooms come with their 2 equipped beds and one of them is located on the ground floor of the house. The stone blocks of the first construction can be seen on one of its walls. They have a wooden closet each and also have a comfortable armchair inside. We have 2 supplementary beds for children in addition to cribs in case of necessity.

On the ground floor of the house is the dining room, equipped with sofa and armchairs in front of a colorful firewood fireplace. The dining room is a wooden table for 6 people. We have Internet access for free.

the kitchen is located next to the living room and comes with all the necessary elements to feel like in our own home. All the rooms of the house enjoy heating.

For comfort the house has 2 bathrooms equipped in full.

In the outer zone is the private garden that guests of each accommodation share. It also has a roofed porch with tables and chairs ideal to snack, chat or drink a drink.

Next to the garden is the wood barbecue. We offer a parking area. The accommodation is properly marked and the access is paved, so there is no problem to get there. You can bring to your pets, although it has an additional cost.

The houses are in urús, a population of Girona with about 180 inhabitants which is located south of the low cerdañ a. Right in the center of the town, on the side of Plaza is the church of San Clemente.
