Cal Guardià

Our rural house is more than 100 years old, and is located in the old part of the village of L'Estany, near the well-known Camino de Santiago.

It has capacity for 12 people and is located at an altitude of 870 meters, being surrounded by mountains. It has 3 floors, all spacious and large capacity.

On the lower floor, you will find a double bedroom, a full bathroom and a room overlooking the outside. Both the bathroom and the room are adapted for the disabled.

The first floor includes another room, in particular, a triple, as well as a dining room with fireplace, a bathroom, a multipurpose room and a kitchen. The terrace, 40 m² and with a wooden roof, will also allow you to contemplate the views of L'Estany.

• In the living room you will find a room of 4-5 seats placed in front of the fireplace to receive all the heat of it. In addition, it is positioned so that you watch television perfectly. Then, also in this room, is the perfect dining table for 10 people.
• The kitchen has countertops, and all kinds of appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, etc. You will also have small appliances items.
• The room is triple, and there is a bathroom to share on this floor.
• In the multipurpose room you can read or play, or use the washing machine and the iron.

If you think it was not enough, the upper floor comes to surprise us with its 2 double rooms, a triple room and a bathroom with everything you need.

In the house there is a total of 5 rooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Already outside, you have barbecue with wood and charcoal, and there are baskets, goals to play football, a garden and a park area.

Relative to the environment, near XX L 'Estany, there is a church, a cloister and a museum dating from the twelfth century.

The market becomes a good alternative to do something on Saturdays, you can collect mushrooms in the area and you have a free municipal pool 200 meters from the rural house.

The Monte Puig Caritat is another interesting option for visitors.

Besides, L 'Estany is located in the middle of the Camino de Santiago, so it is usual for pilgrims of all nationalities to visit us.
