Cal Barrusca- L'Arboç

That beautiful farmhouse is in Els Prats of the Rei, a municipality of just 500 inhabitants belonging to the region of Anoia, in Barcelona .

Our farm is surrounded by cereal and lush forests fields , having 2 independent houses inside, which share the common areas.

We are aware of the importance of respecting the environment, and therefore we use the biomass energy to heat the house and water. 

The house we present to you has capacity for 4 people , making it an ideal option for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy nature.

The interior of the house is distributed in some 75Metros2 distributed between 2 floors. On the Ground Floor , you will find:

• The living room , a room equipped with fireplace for the winter months, and 32-inch television to enjoy leisure and entertainment.

• The kitchen , integrated in the living room, which combines rural decoration with modern appliances, not missing the dishwasher or the washing machine between them.

Going up to the first floor , you will access:

• 2 double bedrooms , a marriage and a second with 2 beds. They are decorated with light colors, and have rustic and functional furniture, such as cabinets.

• full bathroom, equipped with standing shower and sink for day -to -day cleanliness. 

In the common areas , you can use:

• The celebrations room , where you can celebrate events of all kinds. 

• The outer terrace, a space with furniture where to enjoy the natural views surrounding the farm.

• The pool , surrounded by trees and flowers that will spread their joy.

• The barbecue , with firewood to prepare your banquets.

• The sports track , where you can challenge your friends to football or basketball.

• The playground , equipped with swings and slides for children, and ping-pong table for the elderly.

• The garden , in which we grow vegetables and vegetables.

• The farm , where we take care of animals such as chickens and rabbits.

• the Manresa Tower, a circular building that exceeds 20 meters high.

• the archaeological museum of Prats del Rei , where the main findings discovered in the region are exhibited.

• the Calaf Campario which, with its 20 meters high, is the second highest bell tower in Catalonia.
