Ca L'Anxica

This rural house is located in the Lleida Valley of the Corb, specifically in IX Guimerà. The house is built on a landscaped property of 220 square meters, and in it you can stay up to 9 people.

The rooms you will find are the following:

In the same diaphanous space, in which the walls are half stone, half wall, are the living room, the kitchen and the dining room.

• The living room is formed by the sofas that furnish it along with a wooden coffee table, a piece of furniture that holds the television and the chimney of stone. Next to the sofa is a wooden cupboard where glassware and dishes are stored.

• The dining room consists of a wooden table with enough chairs for up to 8 people. It is located behind the sofa and in front of the kitchen.

• The kitchen is 'L' shaped, being semi closed by a piece of countertop that has a round shape. Under the countertop there are appliances as a dishwasher or oven, and on top of it, microwave or coffee maker. In the cupboards and shelves you will find the necessary tools, kitchenware and kitchenware.

From them you can access the outside of the house.

In the house there is a total of 3 rooms, one of them with double bed and the other 2 triple, one with 3 single beds and the other with double bed and single bed. Each of them has its own bathroom. One of those bathrooms, that of the triple individual, is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

There is the possibility of adding an extra bed.

Among the common areas it is necessary to say that apart from the 3 bathrooms there is also a toilet.

Outside is the covered pool, quite large, and areas with lawn where to use the hammocks that the house has. There are several tables with chairs in the garden, such as a stone table with benches and a covered part with barbecue and foosball.

In addition, there is table ping-pong, basketball basket and bicycles available to users.

Next to the pool, there is a glazed room, where is the jacuzzi, and sun beds where you can rest after a relaxing bath.

Other interesting questions are the parking private, and the cleaning and catering service, available after extra payment.

Guimerà was a medieval town of which some monuments are still preserved that prove it. For example, between its streets is the Plaza Mayor or the church. From the castle and the fortress the tower was preserved, which was used to watch in times of war. There are also remains of the monastery.

You can go hiking through the Valley of the Corb and the surrounding mountains. Another option is also the Ruta del Cister or simply go to spend the day at the Natural Park of Secans de Belianes-Preixana.

Tárrega is one of the great cities that are in our immediate vicinity. In it, stroll along its great promenades while you visit its churches, squares and palaces. A remarkable space of its heritage is the Park of Sant Eloi.
