Our accommodation is located in the Catalan province of Lleida, in which you will be able to enjoy rural tourism, and tranquility, in the people of Maldà.

This is a accommodation located in the urban area, where you will be able to enjoy an original construction that today, integrates all the comforts you can imagine in its different plants.

As for the ability of housing, it is for a maximum of 8 people that, among the 4 plants in which the space is divided, they will find:

• A spectacular dining kitchen, in which you will find on the one hand, an area with countertop in the form of a u that ends in a wooden bar. It has the whole set of appliances and the outer makeup so you can cook as you would at home. In addition, it has wide windows and through its bar, you can observe what happens in the dining room area, equipped with a large table and chairs, next to the sideboard.

• the living room is very nice, and has a very bright space thanks to the balconies, next to which there is a pleasant round table with chairs. The armchairs and sofas are distributed below, which look directly towards the area where the forge chimney is located that, together with the stone walls, provide a very rustic and cozy touch.

• 4 double bedrooms, equipped so that 2 of them have wide marriage beds in spaces with a lot of charm and a lot of light, since they have wide windows. The remaining spaces, each of them have a pair of individuals.

• 4 bathrooms complete, in which you will find in each of them, a shower in modern spaces in which the stone of the walls has been respected. In each of them we have towels.

• a multifunctional room in the lower part, which has relax space with several armchairs so you can enjoy for example, of lively talks.

Already in the exterior, this accommodation offers you:

• A spectacular terrace with the best views.

• portable barbecue, next to a wooden table to eat outdoors.

Our accommodation is within the Maldà area, which is one of those charming villages in which you will be able to enjoy the tranquility that reigns in the province of Lleida.
