Description of Balcón del Camino Viejo
Our accommodation is located in the province of Cáceres, specifically in the town of Valencia de Alcántara.
It is a home within a plot of 4,000 square meters where a 3-story façade is structured where the perfectly decorated and furnished rooms are distributed to give rise to a warm atmosphere and maximum comfort.
The house is rented to a single group, which may be a maximum of 20 people, although it is rented to groups of 16 or more, who will enjoy it to the fullest.
It should be noted that, in the case of a group of more than 4 guests, the ground floor or the upper floor can be rented, thus adjusting to any group that wishes to visit us. We like everyone who wants to come and enjoy themselves.
On the ground floor there are:
- 2 double bedrooms of which one of them is a double bedroom and the second has a pair of single beds. Both have sets of sheets and blankets and very functional furniture so you can organize your personal belongings.
- 2 bathrooms within the same bedroom space. Both have a shower and towel sets.
- Complete kitchen of 55 square meters with a whole set of appliances and tableware for all our diners.
- A bathroomcomplete with toilets and towel sets. Among the toilets, a shower with a curtain.
On thestreet floor:
- 3 double bedrooms which are divided into one, equipped with a double bed and the remaining 2, with a pair of single beds. Just like those on the ground floor, they have a private bathroom with toilets and towel sets.
- An open plan kitchen that communicates with the living room. In it there are appliances and kitchenware distributed under the counter, which ends in a American bar. In the living room, armchairs facing the television and a fireplace. Thesofa can become a bed.
- A porch with views of the outdoor areas equipped with a table, so you can eat while enjoying the fresh air.
In the attic:
- The games room which will be a universe of fun for the little ones.
Already on the exteriors, the house has:
- A huge garden that can be seen from the porch also equipped withtable and chairs.
- A pool in the center that is fenced so you can enjoy a dip when the heat hits.
