Alzina I

This cozy rural house is located in the municipality of Sant Sandurní de l'Herues, at the foot of the massif of Les Gavarres and less than half an hour from the beaches of the province of Girona. The accommodation retains its original stone walls and is designed so that they can be a maximum of 4 people.

Inside, it has a cozy diaphanous room in which the living room, the kitchen and the dining room merge. It is one of the common areas of the house and has a window with a balcony that gives natural light throughout the day. The living room has a sofa and armchairs to rest, a table in the center and a television.

Next to it is the space dedicated to the dining room and consists of a table with seating for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove and utensils and utensils so you can cook without problems.

2 bedrooms, double rooms and equipped with their corresponding bedding. One of the rooms has 2 single beds and the other one has a double bed. Several rustic furniture will be used so that guests can store their belongings and their windows will allow to see the panoramic views of the surroundings.
