This rural house has everything you need to live a truly luxurious stay. Up to a total of 18 people you can enjoy our house, a minimalist rural accommodation located at Spot, in the province of Lleida.
The house is structured in 3 floors, each of them equipped as follows:

The house is structured in 3 floors, each of them equipped as follows:
- Ground floor: a dining room - kitchen of ample dimensions. The kitchen bathed in wood and ceramics, has all the necessary elements so you can prepare your best stews. The dining room, after the American bar of this, is formed by a large table for 10 people. Table and chairs form a unique space under a warm light lamp. On this ground floor there is also space for leisure and relaxation. The living room has a special prominence due to its large armchairs, the fireplace and the plasma television, so you do not stop watching your favorite program in the best possible way. But above all the element of greater luxury that Alba dèsteve has is the jacuzzi. A jacuzzi that in winter is a spa area and that in summer communicates directly with the garden thanks to a sliding door.
- First floor: on the first floor of this rural house are 4 double rooms with television in all of them. All bedrooms have own bathroom, with shower included. This first floor also has a kitchen with less prominence than the previous one but also equipped with appliances such as dishwashers. To this we must add a great living room. Adapting to your needs we offer you the possibility of renting a apartment on this floor, consisting of these 2 rooms (kitchen and living room) and a double bedroom.
- Second floor: the house has here 2 rooms, both with double bed, TV and fireplace at the foot of them. Taking advantage also that we are on the top floor, the rooms have a large window in the form of attic. The second floor houses a third room with a trundle bed. And bathroom? Of course, it also comes equipped with hot tub.
