Description of Albergue Turístico La Alegría
This hostel is located on the outskirts of the town of Pescueza, in the Extremaduran province of Cáceres. The Alagón river runs through this area, where we can carry out various outdoor activities due to its flow, making this establishment ideal for nature lovers.
Our accommodation has capacity for 20 people in total in a single-story house with 2 rooms with capacity, each, of 10 people. These rooms have the following comforts:

- 2 rooms with 5 bunk beds: these spacious bedrooms, as we have said before, have capacity for 10 people each one that will have 5 bunks with capacity for 2 people each one. In these rooms we will also have an area of lockers with several holes to store the belongings of the 20 guests. In them, we will have bedding.
- The bathrooms are located outside, being 3 in total, one of them adapted to people with reduced mobility, where we will have showers, toilet and WC.
Between the common areas we will have:
- A room where we will have television with DVD, as well as ai re-conditioned and heated.
- Un large dining room with all kinds of appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all kinds of kitchen utensils.
- An industrial kitchen that can be used upon request.
- A very spacious patio with a small garden area .
- parking area for cars and motorcycles.
- A barbecue on the outside terrace of the house.

It is framed in the Alagón Valley near where we can visit emblematic and unique places such as the city of Coria, where an Festival of Tourist Interest of Extremadura is held annually in honor of San Juan.
We also recommend to the more adventurous to do the down the Alagón river, where we can choose between canoe, kayak, canoes or other boats. Sule to be a journey of 4.5 hours in which some 20 kilometers are traveled.
Near the hostel we will also find other leisure areas such as the Céceres Golf course.
