It has capacity for 2 people and 55 m2 divided into:

• A coqueto lounge that has a balcony overlooking the surrounding place and therefore, a great natural lighting that nourishes the entire room. This consists of a sofa bluish in front of a flat screen TV next to the wall. Ideal if you want to talk or entertain you looking at your favorite channels.

• A well equipped cuisine retro style, with a dining room in front of the countertop ready to share. It is small but very practical with everything you need to feel at home. In this way, save the appliances and a dishes for food, in addition to having a hole even coffee to the coffee maker (or electric boil, according to your tastes).

• A bedroom that has a Kingsize bed so that you rest comfortable inside. When the temperature drops you can also hard in the heat of the fire of the electric chimney or enjoy the television from the mattress. A luxury that also includes a chill out as an alternative space to relax from the privacy of the room.

This apartment is located in the natural environment surrounding the Sierra Magina y Cazorla, just in the heart of the municipality of Úbeda. It is a quiet place full of history and among the nature that you will love to discover.
