The accommodation is located in the town of Sineu, Palma Mallorca, and is located in the middle of a forest or garrigue typical of the area. It is a very quiet area, away from the city and the bustle. We have 7 apartments different, with a unique distribution and are divided into:
The apartments for 2 people have a double bed or 2 singles depending on the guest's need and availability. The beds come with their sheets and pillows.
These apartments measure between 40 and 50 square meters, have a living room with sofa. The dining room is a delicate wooden table and the kitchen is jacket, with the necessary elements to be comfortable.
The bathroom is simple but guests will not miss anything. All rooms have heating and air conditioning. It is an ideal apartment for couples.
The apartments for 4 people measure about 80 square meters. They have 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds dressed in full.
The living room is spacious and has a sofa with armchairs and television. In the middle is the dining room for 4 people and to the side the kitchen. The kitchen is rural and has necessary appliances to be comfortable.
The bathroom is complete and we offer towels for guests. You can add a extra bed if necessary. It is an ideal accommodation for families.
The biggest apartment of the accommodation is for 6 people, it has 3 double rooms and measures 100 square meters.
Inside each room there are 2 single beds dressed in full. The entire apartment is attic, so that the wooden beams are clearly visible on the ceiling.

Our house is traditional Mallorcan, early eighteenth century that was dedicated to the work of tilling.
At the end of the 90s a reform was made and the old spaces dedicated to workers, animals or crops have been converted into 7 rustic apartments. Silence and tranquility surround the house that preserves the aesthetics of yesteryear. Located in the middle of the countryside, it is not far from Sineu, about 3 kilometers away. Ideal for families or nature lovers.
