Description of Planeta Vera
This rural house is located in the town of Jarandilla de la Vera, in the province of Cáceres. It is located in theSierra de Gredosand a few kilometers from theMonfragüe National Park.
It is an old construction from the end of the 19th century, with capacity for 20 people. It offers3 apartments with different capacities:
Castaño: Apartment with capacity for 10 people, two of them in an extra bed. It has:
- A charming living room with three sofas (one of them a sofa bed), dining area for 10 guests.
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and everything you need to cook.
- 2 rooms with double bed.
- A quadruple room with four single beds (2 of them extra), with TV and DVD.
- 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them with hydromassage.
Roble: Apartment with capacity for 8 people, one of them in an extra bed. It has:
- A large living room with three sofas (one of them a sofa bed), dining area for 14 guests.
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything you need to cook.
- 2 rooms with double bed.
- A quadruple room with four single beds (one of them extra), with TV and DVD.
- 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them with hydromassage.
Avellano: studio for 2 people: it is a studio where we will have a large room with:
- Double poster bed with curtains.
- Adining area with table and chairs.
- Living room with armchair.
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything you need to cook.
All of them with air conditioning, heating, wifi, SmarTV, DVD as well as towels, sheets, duvets, soap, gel, shampoo.
Complete breakfasts.

About Emilio Camison Ojalvo, Owner of Planeta Vera
We made by this Extremadura land we convert it, now more than fifteen years ago, in our resting place and our evasion in full nature.
Now we start a new stage, in which the whole family we have involved, including our Gormit dog and the youngest of the family, the Calcifer puppy.
Since we saw the house for the first time we knew it was perfect for our Rural House project and we have dedicated a lot of time doing plans and more flat, design after design until we have managed to model unique and charming spaces.
Our logo combines the nature of the area, the green tones of its natural spaces, and the blue of the water of its numerous throats.
We trust that our guests are also delighted and surprised by this land and our rural house.
its design and comfort: We have cared for the distribution and decoration of the house, making three different apartments, its distribution, furniture and facilities will make it a comfortable and unforgettable stay.
its location: in the Historic Center of Jarandilla de la Vera, which in turn is the town that is in the center of the region of La Vera, making its arrival easy and the movement around.

This rural house is located in Jarandilla de la Vera, a place between the Sierra de Gredos and Monfragüe. This area offers large natural areas where we can discover medieval and Roman vestiges.
The Sierra de Gredos offers bathing areas with natural pools where we can also practice hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, electric bicycles or 4x4 activities.
Among its historical and cultural heritage stands out:
- Fortress church of Santa María de la Torre from Roman times.
- The Castle of the Counts of Oropesa, where Charles V stayed while they finished the Monastery of Yuste.
