The house is located in Monte Igueldo el in the countryside but very close to San Sebastian one of the main urban centers of the zona.
It is a very new building y offers an idyllic setting blending all the comforts of your apartments and studios de modern design with spectacular sea views or gardens of hydrangeas. These last have been cultivated by their owners since 1980 and now surround the house and endow the environment with a special aura.
The house we ofrece 4 apartments can accommodate 4 people and 2 studios can accommodate 4 people also.
The apartments have an area of about 42 m2. The beds are of marriage with the possibility of dividing in 2 of 90 in case of necessity and they have mattress of visco latex. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the bathrooms are equipped with ecological shower and soap dish.
The studies are y 30 m2 consists of a room with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and kitchen with all electrodomésticos.
