Description of Epotx Etxea
This rural house located between Geteria and Zaurautz, was built in 1990 and maintains the architectural line of a traditional Basque farmhouse.
It is divided into 3 apartments, fully equipped with living room, kitchen equipped, 2 rooms double capacity with 2 beds of 1.05 m, room bathroom with shower and terrace or patio.
2 of the apartments are located on the upper part of the main house, on the third floor, and have a surface of 80 m2.
In 2010 the third apartment is built, a construction adjacent to the main house that is adapted with all the accessibility for people with reduced mobility, and that is distributed in a space of 110 m2 at the level of floor.
In the outside we find large green spaces where we can enjoy the outdoors and nature.
We found a zone to play with a soccer goal, swings and children's games.
They also offer the traveler a rest area, with benches to admire the sea or the contiguous vineyards and a monumental barbecue where you can enjoy a delicious meal surrounded by nature.
