Las Encarnas

The house is located at Braojos de la Sierra, Madrid, and is a large house with stone walls and a perfectly maintained rural style. It has an entrance with a solid wooden door and stone floors. The house can be rented in its entirety or in apartments. It has 3 apartments:

• One for 2 people
• 2 for 4 people

All apartments are cared for in detail. The decoration is in a rural style, with many wooden elements that combine perfectly with the stone walls of the accommodation.

They all have modern elements but the house maintains the spirit and personality that makes it an ideal place to stay.

The apartments have all the comforts:

• Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, kitchenware and utensils necessary to feel at home.
• The dining room is a wooden table for 4 people.
• The living room has sofa bed, which serves to increase the capacity of the apartment by 2 people. It has a television and DVD as well as free WIFI signal. X
• The bathroom has hydromassage column ; It is a space where we can relax after a day of tourism. We provide toiletries and a set of towels for each guest.
• The apartments enjoy heating in all rooms.

The apartment for 2 people is a duplex, in the upper part there is the double bed dressed and with its pillows. It has a large wooden wardrobe to match the furniture and bedside tables.

The apartments for 4 people are ideal for traveling as a couple with older children: one of them has a pair of attic bedrooms. It has a double bed and two single beds. This apartment is divided into 3 floors.

The other apartment for 4 people is ideal for couples with small children or a small group of friends. It is distributed on one floor and has 2 bedrooms, one with a 90 cm double bed and the other with a bunk bed.

Guests enjoy a free breakfast on the day of arrival at the property.
We have a jacuzzi available upon reservation. Outside we have a terrace and a barbecue area.

The house is located in Braojos de la Sierra, a municipality of 200 inhabitants north of the Community of Madrid. If you want to know the history of the town, you can visit the Church of San Vicente Mártir, completed in 1610. One kilometer away is the Hermitage, rehabilitated in 1985. There is also a fountain whose construction dates back to 1902.

The surroundings of the town allow us to carry out a wide variety of leisure activities in nature. You can take excursions on horseback or on foot and there is also an equestrian center in the neighboring town of Buitrago. In Buitrago there is the Picasso Museum, with a collection made by Picasso's barber, Eugenio Arias.

In the winter months you can go to the La Pinilla station, located just 20 minutes from the house. El Chorro de Somosierra is a place that hides very charming corners. It is ideal to visit as a couple. In the Río Duratón you can fish and take boat rides.
The neighboring towns of Robregordo, Montejo, La Hiruela among others are places with a lot of history.
