El Encanto del Valle del Lozoya

The accommodation is located in Gargantilla de Lozoya , Madrid , and consists of 16 apartments equipped with rural style with capacity of 2, 4 and/or 6 people . The apartments are built in wood and stone and have 2 double bedrooms.

the double rooms are of 2 types , one has a marriage bed and the other has 2 individual beds. the marriage room has a completely equipped bed with its pillows. On each side of the bed is a night table with its lamp to judge with the rest of the room furniture, such as the recessed closet.

The room is very bright thanks the great windows that allow the good step of light. the other double room has 2 individuals also completely dressed and equipped. In the middle of the 2 beds a night table is arranged with its lamp.
The wide window makes the whole space perfectly illuminated. both rooms have heating, so the warmth is guaranteed in the coldest time of the year. Like a chair for more comfort.

the living room and dining room are in the same space. The room has 2 sofas bed, both with capacity for a person . In addition there are a wooden table for coffee to matching with the furniture where the Television is resting flat screen.

the dining room is a wooden table with capacity for 6 diners. In front of the table is the delicate cuisine, which has a bar refrigerator, microwave, 2 hobbread horn and an American kitchen type bar.

the bathroom is complete and has cleaning elements and products to have a comfortable stay. We also offer a game of towels to each host. the whole house has heating . In addition the wifi service is free upon request.

outside the house is an ideal porch for breakfast or dinner under the moonlight. The house also has a room where you can hold meetings family or company. This room has a TV-DVD projector, sound equipment, Internet access and has 100m2. We also organize all kinds of events and parties.

The accommodation has a heated salt water pool throughout the year exclusive for our clients. In the pool we organize activities where the little ones can disguise themselves as sirens or tritones. A unique experience.

A very short distance from the house we have a restaurant called Grouuco Rural Parrilla, where you can taste menus made with the best products in the area.
The house has a parking zone, access is asphalted and is properly marked. The accommodation is located in Gargantilla de Lozoya , a town with about 350 inhabitants located north of the Community of Madrid. In the town you can visit the parish church of San Benito de Abad and the parish cemetery, where the coronation of Juana de Castilla took place.

The surroundings are an ideal place for mountain cycling, hiking or horseback riding. In addition in the summer months in the near Lake Riosequillo can be practiced, Windsurf or fishing. In the winter months you can practice snow sports in the Sierra area, both Valdesquí, navacerrada or La Pinilla are half an hour after accommodation.

Buitrago de Lozoya is about 15 minutes by car, it is a walled villa where we can visit the church of Santa María, La Muralla or the Picasso Museum. About 6 kilometers from the house is the Chorrera de San Mamés , the highest water waterfall in the Community of Madrid.
In Rascafría, 20 minutes from the house, you can visit the Imorentic El Paular Monastery in addition to the bridge that crosses the Lozoya River.
