The accommodation is located at Alameda del Valle, Madrid, and consists of 4 independent houses located in a mountainous and nature. The houses are equipped and divided into:

• 3 houses for 4 people
• A house for 2 people

Each of the houses has a different name and a different personality ; one of them is a fully independent duplex.

The houses for 4 people are divided into 2 rooms with double beds each. The bed comes dressed and has its pillows. From one of the rooms there is access to the balcony through a colorful wooden door.

The rooms are located on the first floor of the house. On the ground floor is dining room, which has a wooden table for 4 people with their respective matching chairs.

In front of the table is kitchen, which is small but has all the necessary appliances and utensils. In the living room we have a comfortable sofa and armchairs. It is a bright space thanks to the wooden window through which light enters. It has a flat screen TV and a wood burning fireplace.

The bathroom has a shower tray and has basic toiletries. This apartment is ideal for groups of friends or family with children.

The house 2 person s is ideal for couples who want to spend some time in the middle of nature and with tranquility. It is a independent duplex that has a bedroom with double bed vestida to the full. It is located in a bright room and overlooks the outside garden.
One of the walls is made of stone, thus preserving the original and typical architecture of the houses in the area.

The dining room has a wooden table for 2 people and the kitchen has all the utensils and appliances to feel at home.

In the bathroom is located a relaxing shower with hydromassage and also basic toiletries.

In the X the accommodation is a garden with local plants and a covered space. This space is furnished with several plastic chairs and tables ideal for eating or picnicking. The brick is ready to be used.

The accommodation is located at Alameda del Valle, a small town in the Sierra Norte de Madrid. It has about 225 inhabitants and is among the Altos del Hontanar and the Guadarrama mountain range.

The peak Malahasto is located next to the accommodation, this rises 2004 meters and crosses it on Rio Lozoya. This river is an ideal place to see the fauna and flora that surrounds Alameda del Valle ; There are poplars, willows, poplars and ash trees all over the place.

All this environment is ideal for leisure and adventure activities such as hiking and mountaineering. The Lozoya also serves for canoeing or fishing. The port of Navafría and Valdesquí station are very close; so in winter the supply of snow activities is wide.
