La Casita de la Aduana

We present a beautiful house, located in the Avila municipality of Candeleda, south of the Sierra de Gredos.

It has private parking as well as heating and air conditioning depending on the time of year.

The rural house has the capacity to accommodate up to6 people.

Perfect for a vacation with family or friends, as it has 3 double bedrooms. Each one has the walls decorated in a different color, which combines with the furniture that adorns the bedrooms.

The house makes bed linen and towels available to visitors during their stay.

It has 2 fully equipped bathrooms, one of them inside the main room. Both have a shower tray and a shower tray and a piece of furniture on which the sink rests.

The kitchen is spacious and bright, with a long countertop on which the electrical appliances are placed, and an American refrigerator. It is furnished with both high and low height cabinets.

The living-dining room has all the comforts. A comfortable cheslong sofa from which to watch movies on television with the home cinema, an old dining table on which to have lunch in the heat of the wood stove and a collection of board games with which to entertain the little ones.

Enjoying the exterior of the house is possible thanks to its garden. Care and fully equipped to guarantee the distraction of guests. It has an outdoor pool and a gazebo for the good weather months. Furthermore, if the weather is not good, a wooden cover protects the built-in barbecue and the foosball table.

Infinite hiking itineraries await the guest of this region of the Tiétar Valley.

You cannot leave Candeleda without visiting El Raso, a Celtic settlement that currently preserves deposits from that stage. Lovers of traditional things will like the Jewish Quarter, where they can learn about the history of the municipality, or the Tin Toy Museum, where a multitude of handcrafted pieces are exhibited.

Like the neighboring town of La Vera, Candeleda also grows its own paprika, a condiment used to make local stews such as goat.
