Our apartments are located in Villaviciosa, a small town in Ávila that is located a short distance from the Paramera mountain range.
The complex is made up of 4 apartments with capacities that vary between 2 and 4 people. In total we can accommodate a maximum of 14 people including extra beds. All our homes consist of:
- Kitchen equipped with appliances and the household items necessary to spend a few comfortable days without missing anything.
- Living room – dining room with wood-burning fireplace and television. They are very bright rooms thanks to the large windows that, in addition to providing beautiful views of the Paramera mountain range, offer us a lot of natural light.
- Double rooms, the number and arrangement of the beds depends on the characteristics of each apartment.
- Full bathroom with bathtub or shower.
- Terrace with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the weather and the views.
- Pool with solarium and hammocks available so you can relax and sunbathe while you watch the children play.
- Children's leisure area so that the little ones can have a great time at any time.
- We also have toys. Ask us and we will send them to you.
We provide you with the bedding and towels that you may need so that you only have to worry about having a great time.
We allow the accommodation of one dog for free, for more animals please consult.
