La Casa Rebonita- Accesa

Designed for people with reduced mobility and ideal for families, this apartment has adapted facilities to guarantee maximum comfort to our tenants. It is located in the beautiful town of Candelario, surrounded by the nature of Castilla y León.

It has a maximum capacity of 6 people and its 95 m2 are divided into:

• 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, both dressed. They have headboard with lighting and plugs close, in case you need them. They also enjoy great natural lighting thanks to its large windows.

The floor is parquet and have a perchero and desk to work. In front of the mattress you can find a TV that hangs from the wall, so you can enjoy it in the room.
Some of the accessories that include the rooms, are lamps adapted for the study or bins sanitary.

• 2 private bathrooms and very wide suite. With shower, one of them adapted to improve comfort.

They have a blank design or with a style that mimics vegetation. The mirrors are on marble sinks and have a lot of space.

We provide you with a free toilet and grooming articles, don't worry!

• 1 integrated kitchen with the living room. It is very complete, with dishes and small appliances that include the coffee or toaster, for breakfasts. Next to the black marble countertop, you have the oven and different items at your disposal.

• 1 lounge with furnished inner sofa and dining room. On the side it has comfortable chairs and a TV. It is a perfect rest zone to share with yours.

• 1 exterior terrace which you can access from the room. It has a total of 12 m2 so you can enjoy fresh.

If you like the mountain, this apartment is within the natural environment of the Sierra de Béjar and next to the ski resort of the Covatilla. Ideal to practice outdoor sports and make hiking routes through the area.

The people of Candelario is one of the treasures of Salamanca, declared artistic historical set for its architecture and cultural traditions.

You can find different areas of restoration and leisure, as well as green spaces such as the park of the municipality or the Parque de la Aliseda a little further.
About 67 km away is the airport closest, which is that of the province.
