This rural house, which we describe here, is located in the Extremadura province of Cáceres, more specifically in the municipality of Downloading, which with its reduced population, of approximately about 150 inhabitants, and its idyllic environment, presents us with ideal characteristics for our experience.
With a facade built in stone and 3 plants, we find 4 apartments inside, having the possibility of renting them separately or the whole house, and the following common characteristics:

- A large and cozy stay in which they get together intelligently and without hindering the space of the other, having a lounge with sofas next to a television, accompanied by a table with chairs that performs the functions of dining the appliances and utensils necessary to complete the comfort of the host.
- 3 of the apartments have a bedroom with beds of marriage, complete with furniture and cabinets to undo the suitcase and feel at home. the fourth bedroom has 2 bedrooms, one with a marriage bed and another with 2 individual beds.
