The jewel in the crown of the protected natural environments nestled in the Pyrenees mountain range is the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, with an extension of 15,600 hectares of territory, where we can appreciate how the Massif stands out exceptionally of Monte Perdido with a summit of just over 3300 meters above sea level, but this calcareous-type elevation, which is the highest on the European continent, is followed in height and joined to its orogeny sisters Añisclo and Marboré. Throughout this territory we find different landscapes with their own fauna and flora that can be divided into the Añisclo Canyons, Escuain Gorges, the magnificent Pineta Valley and of course the Ordesa Valley.

Without going too far from the town where the accommodation in question is located, we have at our disposal the Sierra y Cañones de Guara Natural Park, a landscape carved by the courses of the Guatizalema and Flumen rivers, which they generate deep gorges and smooth pools that are surrounded from above by the Mediterranean forest that gives way to the beech forest in the mid-altitude alpine landscape. This, apart from being a space of respect for nature, is one of the national meccas of mountaineering in its different variants, especially as far as canyoning and caving are concerned.
