This house is located at Villalba de la Sierra (Cuenca), in the Sierra de las Majadas, on the banks of the river Júcar. This town was very small and unknown until 1926, when Alfonso XIII inaugurated the El Salto Hydroelectric Plant, which was a social and economic boost.
