El Mirador - Can Gat Vell

We are in Llampaies, a small town located in the province of Girona where you will disconnect from everything and appreciate the little things.

In our property you will feel like one of the family: you will have access to the common facilities of the complex and, at the same time, you will enjoy the intimacy of your accommodation. 

The apartment that we present to you is located on the first floor of one of our farmhouses, it has independent access and capacity for 2 adults and 3 children. 

The interior of the apartment adds up to a total of 85 meters2:

• Upon entering the house you will find a bright and open room, which includes the kitchen and the living-dining room. In the first, you will have appliances and utensils for everyday use; In the living room space, you will find a fireplace as a rural touch, and a television for movie evenings.

• For the nights, there are 2 bedrooms: one triple, with a double bed and a single bed, and one double, with 2 single beds located in the loft. You will have bedding and furniture to store all your things. 

• The bathroom is spacious and sunny, and inside it has a built-in bathtub in which you can soak and forget your worries. 

• Theterrace completes the interior of the house, in its 15 meters2, you will find wooden tables and chairs, so that you have the option of eating outdoors while enjoying the views of the countryside and the town.

In the common areas, you can enjoy:

• The library, an ideal space to let your imagination fly to imaginary worlds.

• The garden, with several terrace areas, covered and outdoor, for chatting outdoors.

• The swimming pool, with a protected area for the little ones.

• The children's park, with swings to have a great time.

• Thebarbecue, with picnic areas for banquets.

• The sports area, with a soccer goal and a basketball court.

• The farm, where animals as friendly as chickens live.

On our farm you can enjoy activities with which you can completely relax and enjoy nature: the elderly can enjoy therapeutic massages, while children learn to interact with the environment in a responsible way by taking care of the farm animals.

If you feel like exploring the surrounding areas, we'll tell you where you can go:

• Bañolas Lake is about 30 minutes by road. It is one of the most important lakes in Catalonia and also the largest.

• The Costa Brava is less than half an hour away. In La Escala, one of the closest coastal towns, you can choose between 12 different beaches.

• Girona is only 27 km away. In its old town, don't forget to pay a visit to its Cathedral, which boasts of having the widest Gothic nave in the world.
