The house is located in Peramola, province of Lleida , south of the region Alt Urgell de and close to Andorra and the ski resort of Port del Comte.

The house is distributed en 2 apartments for 4 people each located in the same building. The apartments can be rented individually or the 2 together.

One of the properties is in the first floor and has 2 bedrooms de a con bed and the other with 2 single . The beds are perfectly dressed and are located in a room decorated in a modern and comfortable way.
