The house is located in Peramola, province of Lleida, south of the Alt Urgell region and very close to Andorra and the Port del Comte ski resort.
The house is distributed in 2 apartments for 4 people each located in the same building. The apartments can be rented individually or both together.
One of the accommodations is located on the first floor of the building and has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles. The beds are perfectly dressed and are located in a room decorated in a modern and comfortable way. The double room offers a large built-in wardrobe and nightstands on each side of the bed with its respective lamp. It is a perfectly illuminated room thanks to its large window.
The room with 2 single beds also has a wooden wardrobe to store belongings as well as small spaces to store smaller or delicate clothes.
The accommodation also has a large living room with a comfortable sofa and a television with DTT. Also right next to it is the dining room with an extendable table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and kitchenware. In addition to a washing machine for guests. From the living room you can access the terrace which has tables and chairs to comfortably enjoy the views. The house is located in Peramola, a town of just under 400 inhabitants in Lleida. In the town you can visit the parish church, the church of the Virgin of Castillebrel or the Romanesque temple of Santa Lucía.
