With a capacity for 3 people, its 30 m2 compose a property oriented to the mountainous northwest with elevator to access the main door. It is divided between the following rooms, all of them connected to each other:

• a bedroom with a perfect double bed to rest. On one of its sides it has a wide built closet where to store clothes, as well as access to the balcony overlooking the natural terrain.
