- 2 private terraces: one of them has access from the dining room, being smaller, while the second , which is reached through the second floor of the duplex, is very spacious and has with furniture and mobile barbecue, as well as incredible sea views that will hypnotize you.
- Dining room: it is located on the ground floor of the apartment and is a spacious space with a simple but pleasant decoration where the protagonist is the wood of the furniture. It has a two-seater sofa bed and a rustic armchair, in addition to the television, on one of the furniture. The dining table is rounded and with glass top and a pair of chairs with metal structure.
- American kitchen: is integrated into the dining room. Its granite countertop is U-shaped, part of it with a bar function, and in addition to having enough storage space in its furniture, it is equipped with various appliances, including the washing machine.
- Living room: is the one that gives way to the upper terrace and thanks to this it is a bright room that has a ideal space for reading and, in addition, can be converted into a third single room, since also houses a small sofa bed.
- 2 double bedrooms: each with a extra-large double bed, each located on one floor and with a spacious and very bright interior.
- 2 bathrooms: one on each floor. The bathroom on the ground floor is very spacious and has a large bathtub, while the one on the second floor houses a shower cabin glazed .
