This accommodation is located in Adanero, a small and charming town that is just 40 km from Ávila.

It is an old grocery store that has been renovated and rehabilitated into a modern and comfortable studio with capacity for 3 people if one of them stays on the sofa bed.

It is an open space of 50 m2 that consists of:

• Kitchen area equipped with all the appliances that you may need to make your stay more comfortable. In addition, you have all kinds of kitchen utensils, including a coffee maker and toaster so you can prepare delicious and healthy breakfasts.

• Living room - dining room with dining table and a coffee table located in front of the sofa – bed. You also have several bean bags where you can relax while watching television.

• Rest area with a large double bed and an auxiliary piece of furniture where you can place your belongings. You also have a closet to organize the clothes of all the guests.

• Full bathroom with shower and towels available for all guests.

• 200 m2 patio to be shared with the rest of the accommodations in the complex. It has a built-in barbecue, gazebo and a decorative fountain. It will surely become the ideal place to celebrate your dinners. 

The entire apartment has adjustable heating so you can select the temperature in which you are most comfortable.

In the price we include bedding and towels. If you need a crib, tell us when booking and we will provide it to you as soon as you arrive.

This apartment is located in Adanero, a small municipality that belongs to Ávila and has barely 200 inhabitants. So, if you are looking for a quiet place to reconnect with nature and forget the stress of routine and work, this place is ideal for you. Some of the places you should know are:

• Palace of the Counts of Adanero, a 17th century building that shows typical Castilian architecture based on materials such as brick and paneling. Its façade carved in granite stone stands out.

• The optical telegraph, whose origin dates back to the 19th century. It has recently been restored by a mobile company.

• The town of Arévalo, which has a splendid castle and wall from the 15th century. Furthermore, if you walk through its historic center you will find numerous examples of religious architecture of great artistic value. You can also visit the paleontological remains found in the cemetery. These are fossils of giant turtles, today exhibited in the Sabadell Museum and the University of Salamanca.

And less than 30 minutes by car you can visit the walled city of Ávila, the Roman villa of Almenara – Puras or Medina del Campo.
