Our accommodation is located within the province of Ávila, specifically in the town of Villarejos de Valle.
It is ahouse divided into 2 floors in which our guests will feel at home, since it has all the
necessary comforts to enjoy everyday life.
It consists of 2 spacious and bright apartments with similar characteristics and the same capacity, which is around between 4 and 6 people, so that the capacity, if the entire house was rented, would be 12 people maximum.

Hello travelers.
My name is César and I am the owner of this house. My favorite hobbies are hiking, mountain bike and make routes on my motorcycle.
Another of my favorite hobbies is my rural house, where practically everything you are going to see has been reformed by me.
I like to interact with new people and I will be at your entire disposition during your stay.
The CSR House reformed 10 years ago, since it is an old lodging house in the area and one of the oldest homes in the town.
With natural elements in its construction, such as the granite stone of the mountains around the house, it has been conditioned with the greatest comforts for the use and enjoyment of our guests.
Considered as heritage by the Junta de Castilla y León, it has preserved the original structure.
It has a garden from which you can see the views of the 5 Villas ravine.
Although it does not have a pool, a few meters away is the municipal pool of the town and a natural.

The owner of the house, Cesar, was at all times aware of our needs and to make the stay as good as possible.
We miss the washing machine in the apartments, but César was offered. to take the clothes to wash at home.
Keep in mind that the owners live in the upper floor of the house and if you do not take the 2 apartments below, the garden and the entrance are common, but the truth that for us has not been a problem . Thank you.
