Take advantage of the nearby shops for daily purchases, which you can store in the available refrigerator.
- Independent rooms: Catch up on your hours of sleep in a large double bed from which you can check the latest news of the day on your mobile phone thanks to its free Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. X
- The second bedroom has two single beds and also free wifi connection and air conditioning. X
- The rustic style of the auxiliary furniture will be very cozy and you will be able to find towel sets available for the entire group.
- Living-dining room: Equipped with air conditioning, you can take advantage of its large dining table for lunch. In addition, you can have a washing machine and clothesline for all your beach clothes and refresh yourself with a quick shower when you return from the beach in the large private bathroom.
- Private terrace: Find the time of day when you can rest on one of the sun loungers. It has a large awning that can be fully or partially opened at will. It has garden furniture, a large table and 4 armchairs with their cushions. Ideal for outdoor dining.

Hello, my name is Antonio, I am married to Mari. I am currently retired, but throughout my working life I have been a bank employee. Because of my work, I have been stationed in many places in Spain, and in what is not Spain, and now, at this stage of my life, I have established my residence in the best place I have ever known: Chipiona.
Chipiona is a quiet town on the Cadiz coast with only 20,000 inhabitants, but as it is one of the main tourist destinations on the Costa de la Luz, when the summer months arrive, its population multiplies by many.
Chipiona has 14 kilometers of endless beaches with blue waters and fine golden sand, many of them awarded with the blue flag. It has some wonderful promenades where we can walk and enjoy the sunny afternoons that the climate of the Costa de la Luz offers us.

What the owner pinpoints on the property
The apartment, about 90-100 meters, is located on the top floor of a chalet. Of these 90-100 meters, about 65 correspond to the house and about 30 to the terrace. It has a living-dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and the aforementioned terrace.
The house is located in a very quiet area of single-family homes and only a 5-10 minute walk from the Regla and Camarón beaches.
Within a radius of 100-150 meters from the house, there are shops, a small supermarket, butcher, fishmonger, bars, restaurants and an ambulatory.
As many people ask me, I want to say it here: Access to the apartment is by means of a staircase, THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.
On the ground floor of the house I live with my family. These are two totally independent houses.

Head to Chipiona to enjoy an authentic beach vacation with the whole family. You can walk comfortably every morning to the nearby Playa de Regla and walk to the Lighthouse of the city.
On a half-day excursion, you can rent a bicycle for a tour that includes the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Regla, as well as the Chipiona Castle. End the visit with a swim at Playa de Camarón before choosing your beach bar for lunch.
You can discover the magical Cadiz coast on your own by visiting the nearby town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, to visit its beautiful Playa de la Jara or the Santiago Castle.
To live a unique experience, nature lovers can hire a private boat excursion to the Doñana Natural Park. If you prefer, you can walk along the well-known Playa de la Caleta in Puerto de Santa María or go with the little ones to the Zoobotánico de Jerez in la Frontera.
