You can book a comfortable two-bedroom apartment in a comfortable residential area. You will find our accommodation on the first floor of a chalet (without elevator), at street level and charming owners.

Hello, my name is Antonio, I am married to Mari. I am currently retired, but throughout my working life I have been an employee of banking. For my work, I have been destined in many places in Spain, and what is not Spain, and now, at this stage of my life, I have set my residence in the best place I have met: Chipiona.
Chipiona is a quiet town of the Cadiz coast of only 20,000 inhabitants, but being one of the main tourist destinations of the Costa de la Luz, when the summer months arrive, multiply its population.
Chipiona has 14 kilometers of endless beaches of blue waters and fine and golden sand, many of them awarded the blue flag. It has great sea walks where we can walk and enjoy the sunny afternoons offered by the climate of the coast of light.
I hope to be able to receive you in my house and enjoy Chipiona.
The apartment, about 90-100 meters, is located on the upper floor of a villa. Of these 90-100 meters, about 65 correspond to the house and about 30 to the terrace. It has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, a bathroom and the aforementioned terrace.
The house is in a very quiet area of single-family homes and only 5-10 minutes walk from the rule and shrimp beaches.
On a radius of 100-150 meters from the house, there are stores, a small supermarket, butcher shop, fish market, bars, restaurants and an ambulatory.
Since many people ask me, I want to leave it here: access to the apartment is through a ladder, there is no elevator.

The quiet town of Chipiona, is located northwest of the Cadiz coast, specifically on the coast of the light, only 52 km. of Cádiz.
A city that goes back to the Roman era and that currently still preserved heritage of that time. Between what you can see:
- The most emblematic monument of Chipiona: El Faro, dating from 1867 and is built on the tip of the dog.
- We can also see the sanctuary of Ntra.sra. of rule, with its Mudejar cloister of the fifteenth century and the image of the Virgin (thirteenth or thirteenth century). The parish of Ntra.sra of the O (16th century), the castle that was probably built on another of Arab origin was 1295 and the fishing pens (it is believed that Romans).
From Chipiona, we can visit the wineries, the Equestrian Art School and the Speed Circuit (in Jerez).
There is also a lot to do as hiking with routes such as that of the White Peoples, in the Sierra de Cádiz, north of the province or the route goes into the Natural Park of Grazalema, declared a biosphere reserve, a must for those who enjoy active tourism and rural tourism.
And a few kilometers, on the other side of the river, another Natural Park, that of Doñana.
From Chipiona we can make excursions to Cádiz (52 km), to Seville (105 km), to Jerez de la Frontera (27 km), Ronda (150 km), Sentenil de las Bodegas (140km), to Malaga (260 km), to Gibraltar (145 km), Atarifa, the city of the wind (150 km), to Portugal of Santo Antonio (250 km), and even Morocco. For Morocco we must go by road to Algeciras (130 km) and there embark on the ferry to Ceuta (1 hour of crossing, 6 daily crossings) or even Tangier (1 hour of crossing, 40 crossings a week). You can embark the car.
In Chipiona and surroundings you can see and practice many activities, but above all we can enjoy its 14 kilometers of magnificent fine and golden sand, varies of them awarded the blue flag of the clean seas of Europe.

Put to chipiona to enjoy real beach vacations next to the entire famlia. You can comfortably walk every morning to the nearby rule beach and walk to the lighthouse of the city.
On a part -time excursion, you can rent a bicycle for a tour that includes the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Rule, as well as the Chipiona Castillo. Finish the visit with a bath in the shrimp beach before choosing your chiringuto for lunch.
You can discover the magical Costa Gaditana on your own by visiting the nearby town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, to visit its beautiful beach of La Jara or the castle of Santiago.
To live a unique experience, nature lovers can hire a private boat excursion to the Doñana Natural Park. If you prefer, you can walk through the well -known beach of La Caleta of the port of Santa María or go with the little ones to the zoobotanic of Jerez of the border.
