Apartamento Es Mirador

This rural apartment is in Mallorca, exactly in Manacor.

This is , one of the homes that exist in our rural complex. It is located in a large, very old stone house. In fact, in 1239 there is already data on the existence of this construction, in Arab times. When it was renovated, we tried to preserve everything as original as possible, due to this history that the building has. That is why the materials have been respected, giving importance to limestone. This home is located on the second floor. It is accessed through stairs that lead to a large terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and from where you can appreciate the landscape.

In the interior, there are several rooms:

• 2 double bedrooms. In each one there are 2 separate beds. There is air conditioning/heating and a Smart TV. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony with wonderful views, a perfect corridor to enjoy the surroundings.
• A bathroom, with all components.
• Kitchen with dining room. It is equipped with a gas oven and stove, microwave, Italian coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, dishes, wine glasses. It is spacious and has air conditioning/heating as well as a fireplace. Key element, because in addition to the atmosphere it creates, it is really beautiful, covered in mosaic tiles.

The complex is located on a farm, where there are several areas for the use of guests from the different apartments.

On the one hand and as a fundamental ingredient is the pool with views of the valley: there is a large pool and a small one, intended for children, connected to each other. The pool area is paved with large slabs, but in addition, everything around it is full of lush vegetation. The garden is wonderful, because it is cared for in detail. What is striking is the number of plants, bushes and, above all, flowers that are scattered throughout the space.

There is also a covered picnic area with a barbecue, all prepared for users to meet and enjoy a good meal. There is a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Additionally, the cave that gives its name to the property stands out, inviting you to stay in a special and very pleasant environment, especially in summer due to its cool air.
All apartments have Wi-Fi, also in the pool and barbecue area.

Our farm is on the outskirts of Manacor, one of the most representative towns in Mallorca. It is the capital of the Majorcan region of Levante. Its religious architecture stands out, for example, the baroque church of Santo Domingo or the Nuestra Senyora dels Dolors church. Our Agrotourism is part of the project that has a horse ranch just 400 meters away, where there are rescued horses and horseback riding routes are offered in a wonderful natural environment. Many animals live on the land of the estate, such as sheep, Mallorcan cows, Mallorcan deers, chickens, cats, dogs, ponies, a donkey and horses. The ideal place to connect with nature and Mallorcan life. Very close is Porto Cristo, famous for the caves of Drach and Hams, which is why it has become quite a tourist place.
Around our complex there is an area called ANEI, that is, Natural Area of ​​Special Interest. It is excellent for walking or horseback riding. Also nearby is the Levante Natural Park,, where there are virgin beaches and hiking trails. It has the area of ​​​​the mountains of Artá ​​ and some impressive cliffs towards the sea.

If we are talking about the Balearic Islands, you cannot miss beach and it is very close to our accommodation. For example, Cala Magran, Cala Mandia or Son Serra de Marina.
