Apartamento Ancosa

The Catalan farmhouse of Cal Riba is located in the town of Torrebusqueta, on the outskirts of the Barcelona town of La Llacuna, and attached to the main house, it offers you 2 apartments to enjoy the tranquility of the estate surrounded by olive trees and fields. 

This apartment, with capacity to sleep up to 5 people, has all the comforts to spend a few days of rest in the company of family or friends. 

It is structured in a single floor as follows:

• A living-dining room, which has a fireplace (Ancosa house), television and a comfortable sofa to watch it or enjoy a good book warmly. In this room there is also a table where you can gather to eat. 

• 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 beds. 

• A individual bedroom for those who want more privacy. 

• Kitchen with all the utensils, appliances and space necessary to prepare whatever you want. Alsowashing machineanddishwasher (Ancosa). 

• Full bathroom with small bathtub. 

• Heating by biomass.

• The rental includes blankets, pillows and bedspreads. We have sheets and towels at your disposal at an additional cost per person. 

Conditioning and cleaning service is charged separately.

The main economic activity of this unknown Catalan area is agriculture, which is why olive groves, almond trees and vineyards abound. But it is also a place of forests and ridges; Among them, some stand out such as the Sierra de Miralles, Rubió or Montserrat. 

Igualada is the capital of the Anoia region, to which our farmhouse belongs, and is a highly recommended visit to enjoy. In its streets you cannot miss historical monuments such as the Church of Santa María or the Asilo del Santo Cristo. As for the new architecture, it is worth taking a stroll along the Paseo Verdaguer or the New Cemetery Park. If you fancy something more cultural, the Leather Museum of Igualada and Comarcal del Anoia or the Railhome Museum are interesting alternatives.
