This rural house is located in the town, a place close to the X1S cove that bears the same name, in the northern part of the island of Ibiza. It is located a few 200 meters from the beach area, about 24 kilometers from the capital of Ibiza and 30 kilometers from the airport of the island.

- El Puerto Room: is a 35 m² room that has a spacious double room with double bed, separated from the living room but visually in the same room. It has a sofa bed with capacity for a third person, a breakfast area, a full bathroom with shower and 2 terrace (one of them in the room) .
- El Faro Room: This room has a X1S marriage bed,, ideal for a couple, separated from the room of the living room by a small wall. In the living room we have a flat screen television with a table, chairs and a sofa bed for one person. As in the previous room, this one also has 2 terraces, a bathroom with shower and breakfast area.
- Illot des Rencli Room: this room has a double bed for a couple with a built-in wardrobe, a breakfast area, a bathroom, complete with shower and a comfortable lounge with sofa. From the living room we will access the private terrace of the house.
- Punta Negra Family Room: has capacity for 3 people, which will have a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. It has an X flat screen television in the same bedroom and a window, as well as air conditioning. Like the other rooms, it has a bathroom with a shower and a terrace.
- Cala Xarraca Room: is a double room with double bed, ideal for a couple looking for a bit of intimacy. This room has a private terrace that is accessed from the room, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with a sofa with television.
