Description of Xeitoxiña
Xeitoxiña is a rural house full of charm, located in the area of the low estuaries of Pontevedra. It has a capacity for 2 people with the possibility of adding extra beds, y is an old building with views to the ria y to the zone.
The house is divided into 3 floors, each of which has been distributed to fulfill a different function. The 3 floors are connected through a nice spiral staircase.
The ground floor collects the kitchen, which has a door access from street. It is a very bright space thanks to its windows, and is fully equipped, both with large and small appliances as all kinds of utensils and necessary crockery. Also pick up a small dining table. Next to the kitchen, there is a toilet with shower.
On the first floor or intermediate living room is collected. This space is located at the same level of the street. The living room has a sofa bed, a side table and different armchairs, oriented to the television. On this floor there is also another bathroom with shower.
On the top floor is the attic of the house. The master bedroom of the rural house is located in the buhardila. A large bed of 1'50, a custom made wardrobe and other auxiliary furniture make up this charming room. On the roof, two veluxes are located with overlooking the Ría, in addition to the room has another window also with views.
The house has a furnished outdoor area, to enjoy the views, both the town center of the town, and the estuary that is located a few meters from the house.
