Description of Vivienda Rural La Manezuela
Our rural house will catch you from the first moment offering all its guests a environment tranquility, in full connection with the nature y being a house so cozy que you will not want to leave.
It is located outside the village of Villanueva del Arzobispo, within the Natural Park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas.
It is ideal to come to relax several families or a group of friends, with a capacity of 10 people, being able to be a couple more since we have 2 extra beds.
The rural accommodation has a large living-dining room with fireplace and that connects through an American bar and an arc with the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary household appliances and cooking.
It also has a total of 5 bedrooms. Of these, 3 are double rooms (single beds that can be separated or put together) and 2 with double beds. One of the latter is located on the ground floor and has a bathroom, thus making the perfect home to host people with reduced mobility.
Regarding the bathrooms there are 2, both supplied with towels, and a small one next to the pool.
The outdoor area, with its gardens and terraces, requires a special mention inside the house. It is an area full of nature, vegetation, banks and spaces to enjoy the tranquility.
It has pool of 12x6 m2 surrounded by sun loungers. It also has umbrellas or, if you prefer, you can shelter from the sun in the shade provided by the trees around you.
In this area outside the house you can also enjoy the barbecue, an area enabled with swings and slides for the little ones and a picnic.
We also have an area of parking cover.

The rural house is located in the municipality of Villanueva del Arzobispo (Jaén), although it is 6 km from the town. It is also within the natural park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas. This natural area was declared a biosphere reserve by UNESCO and stands out for its flora, among other pines, strawberry trees and black poplars, and for its fauna, highlighting wild boars, deer and goats.
