If you are looking for a wide space and near the beach, these villas are the perfect destination for you.
The accommodation is located in Yaiza, a population on the island of Lanzarote in the area that is known as Playa Blanca.
It consists of two types of accommodations, both with very similar characteristics:
- Villa Type A
- type B
In both cases they have capacity for six people, being an ideal space for families, since it offers a quiet and private place.
The houses are composed of different stays, distributed in two plants, which we detail below:

Here we find the lounge, of great amplitude, which has a bookstore with which to get distracted for a while with a reading about any of the two comfortable sofas, or if you prefer, see your favorite program or series in the television.
There is also one of the bathrooms equipped with a shower with a hydromassage column and the relaxing cabin of Finnish sauna.
- ground floor
This plant distributes, on the one hand, the kitchen, perfectly equipped and in a modern style, with a spacious dining room with exit abroad.
On the other hand, we have the three double bedrooms, each with its own cabinet, more two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a wide hydromassage bathtub.
From this plant, as we said, it is accessed to the outer of the house, where you will find an area of barbecue, in addition to a private pool with a spacious solarium with lifters.

Its interior is modern and cozy and consists of:
- A spacious living room with several sofas and screen of television
- Equipped kitchen that communicates with the dining room, which gives access to the exterior space of the house
- 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a pair of beds, plus a wardrobe.
- 3 complete bathrooms including both shower and whirlpool bathtub
- Finnish sauna
- Outdoor terrace of which the solarium is part, together with the pool, and which has space for barbecue
Its space is for six people, and the interior is spacious with modern style to make you feel at ease.
The rooms it has are the following:
- The living room, on the ground floor, which include a pair of sofas, a small collection of books and flat TV.
- Kitchen on the first floor connected to the dining area, which includes a modern table.
- One bedroom with double bed and two rooms with two single beds, all equipped with a practical wardrobe.
- Three full bathrooms, two with shower, one of them with hydromassage column and in the third one includes a hydromassage bath, in addition to a Finnish sauna.
- The outdoor area has a very spacious terrace which includes the barbecue area together with a private pool with solarium.

Its urban core stands out for the white color in its constructions with a traditional architecture, in contrast to the dark landscape of volcanic origin and, one of its most outstanding buildings is its parish, dedicated to Our Lady of the Remedies.
This municipality is also within the Timanfaya National Park, where the space known as mountains of fire stands out, with overwhelming places that seem not to be of this world.
