Description of Villa Triana
This villa of 95 m², is rented entirely in the city of Nerja, in the Andalusian province of Málaga. Surrounded by an enviable enclave, just 400 meters from the beach of El Playazo and with unbeatable views. The establishment of 3 bedrooms with a capacity for 6 people is distributed in is distributed in:
- 3 large bedrooms. One of these rooms is double with a large double bed, window, headboard and a large antique dresser. Both the dresser and the headboard are made with the same type of wood so they combine perfectly. Both the back wall, as the curtains and sheets have very similar colors and patterns in sky blue. The other 2 rooms have 2 single beds each. One of them has sheets and curtains in green tones, made with the same fabric that combine with the color of the back wall. The other one also seeks to combine the tones and patterns present in the room, this time in asalmonade shades.
- Living room with a 3-seater sofa, and 2 singles that face the fireplace, a coffee table, furniture with flat screen television with satellite channels. In this room we also find that they take care of the small details: all the furniture has the same color in its wood and pictures with floral patterns very similar to the flowers of the centerpiece.
- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, wine glasses, dining table, coffee maker, oven, kitchen utensils and fridge. The kitchen furniture is made of classic wood that matches the tiled floors. It has a door to the outside.
- It has 2 bathrooms. One of them with a large bathtub, the other with a shower tray with screen. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with hairdryers, mirrors, towels and hygiene products.
- A huge outdoor pool overlooking the hill, this area of the house can be accessed through the living room. Here we also find sun loungers, a dining table and a pool table.
- Outdoor Terrace which is accessed by stairs that descend from home. In this area we find an open roof porch where there is a barbecue with picnic area. It also has a ping pong table, car parking area.
