Villa Mara

The house is located in the Sierra Norte, on the outskirts of La Puebla de los Infantes, in Sevilla, in a country environment full of olive trees and close to a stream. The tranquility that is breathed in this enclave is difficult to achieve in other more populated places, and the whisper of the wind when rubbing the countryside and nature in action are the only disturbing agents of La Paz.

The house was built in 2012, respect the traditional style of the region, making white a style line; They do not lack, however, all modern comforts in the field of appliances, furniture and technology.

We have 3 bedrooms at home for a total of 11 guests. Of these, a hostel a marriage bed and the other 2, four individual beds in Literas ; There is also a last independent individual bed available, in an abuhardillado altillo. In all rooms there are individual air conditioning.

The dining room, on the ground floor, has a high ceiling with wooden envigado, and at the ground height of a large chimney of wood, for which fuel is provided by a daily supplement. Surrounding the chimney there is a sofa and 2 wide armchairs, and in the corner a television. In the stay we have a powerful air conditioning system. It is a perfect stay to sit down to relax, watching a movie or connected to internet for the wifi of the house.

Separated from the living room by a breakfast island with stools we have the kitchen, perfectly equipped and with a rustic but cheerful and casual style; It has the entire essential itage, to which a dishwasher is added to relieve cleaning tasks.

We have, finally, a full bathroom, with shower plate, and a small cleanliness with toilet and sink.

On the outside we have a parking zone free and wide natural land, with a seasonal pool recently construction, and a playground with swings. We are 1.5 kilometers from La Puebla de los Infante s, a bordering municipality with Córdoba, in a half mountain area prior to the Natural Park of the Sierra Norte. The Mudejar Gothic Castle is the symbol of the town, and in it a medieval days are celebrated every year in October.
